1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Ìgbádùn Weekly, a product of Chop Life Technologies Ltd (RC 7383686), uses cookies and similar technologies on igbadun.com.ng. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs) used by analytics providers. We refer to them all as "cookies" here.

Note on Microsoft Clarity session replay:

Clarity can record how you move and click through pages ("session replay"). It masks text and form inputs by default, and we do not use it to capture the content you type. It runs only after you consent to analytics.

3.3 What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party ad-retargeting pixels, or cookies that sell your data to advertisers. If this changes, we will add the category here, disclose the providers, and ask for your consent before setting them.

4. Payment Provider

When you pay for a ticket, our payment processor (Paystack) may set its own cookies on its checkout to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those are governed by Paystack's own cookie/privacy policy (paystack.com). We never receive your card details — see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Besides our banner, you can control cookies in your browser settings — block or delete existing cookies, or set the browser to warn you before accepting. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site (such as organiser login) from working. Guidance for common browsers is available on their own help pages.

6. International Transfers

Google and Microsoft may process analytics data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, transfers rely on the conditions permitted by the NDPA and the providers' own safeguards and certifications, as described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools change; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
